PetroLove ("the app") is daily operations software for a single petrol bunk (fuel station): sales entry, cash reconciliation, fuel tank tracking, staff attendance, and customer credit records. This page explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
PetroLove is not a public consumer app. Access is granted individually, by invitation, to the owner and managers of a specific fuel station. There is no public sign-up.
Data is stored with Supabase (a third-party database/hosting provider) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to each station's data is restricted at the database level so that only that station's own signed-in owner and managers can read or write it.
Business data is retained for as long as the station's account is active, so that historical reports remain available to the owner. If a station stops using the app, data can be deleted on request — see Contact below.
You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings. A station owner can remove a manager's access to the app directly from within the app's Settings.
PetroLove is business software for adults operating a fuel station. It is not directed at, and is not knowingly used by, children.
